Lori Loughlin

BORN: 7/28/64, New York, NY

INDUCTED: 2008, 90-percent majority

Lori Loughlin has worked in modeling and acting since age 12. She's become a familiar face on many television programs as a guest star -- and that familiarity has been fueled by a familiar and popular hairstyle. A casual-looking sidepart drops to her shoulders or lower, with the attention of Hair Fans directed toward the placement of hair around her left eye.

Loughlin's biggest break in show business was her co-starring role on the family comedy Full House. In fact, some young men have admitted tuning in solely to admire her. Loughlin's hair was flip-teased a bit on top to go around the left eye. From there, she could wear it straight -- or helped by good overall thickness in the strands, supporting waves and curls could be added. While spray doubtless was used to keep the style in line, the overall look is relaxed and allows for plenty of movement.

Loughlin has surprised with her hair at times. A neck-length look was displayed in the 1999 movie Suckers, as well as a guest appearance on Seinfeld. If anything, the cut displayed the thickness of her hair even more.

Yet the timelessness of Loughlin's style means she's seldom needed to change it beyond some color adjustments. That also means she has years of knowledge in how to prepare and handle the style. That experience is displayed in how rarely Loughlin's hair droops down into her left eye -- and her beautiful approach has Hair Fans watching its every move.
