June 2008: Bangs in the Long Run, Page 3
These models could have passed for sisters,
as they displayed Chloe fashions in W magazine in 2004. Their medium-long styles are very close cut, and there's a bit of
wind blowing outdoors. The ends on the woman at left blow toward her mouth -- but the movement seems to dramatically
stop at eye-level, with very little flexing or mussing there. The woman at right appears to have longer hair, and it's blowing
out farther in the back -- yet the bangs seem solid and secure.
What are they watching, which has our models stunned? The photos leave the answer to your imagination-- but on the next page of the two-part ad, our Super-Hair seems to be in a hurry to escape it!
If you want to catch these Super-Bangs, you'll have to outrun them! And these cuts are ready for the fight -- with the fringe at left holding exceptionally well, as long hair flies back behind her. The style at right seems looser, but the angle of the long hair suggests she might be running faster. The bangs are angling back - but not very much.
SUMMARY: There can be delightful drama with heads of long hair, and even more so when bangs are included. Much of the style can have movement, yet a small area of short hair can keep the overall look out of the face -- and even show dogged determination to hold on tightly in rugged situations. Some women make the hold seem very easy. They're worth a close look, and even some imitation.
