Angie Everhart
BORN: 9/7/69, Akron, OH
INDUCTED: 2007, 76-percent majority
Great hair can turn a regular fashion model into a supermodel. While Angie Everhart has gained more of a reputation in movies and on TV than the runway, Hair Fans have decided she has better styles than many top models. She often displays good thickness, and frequently keeps the hair loose enough to move into a variety of positions.
It may be Everhart's deep red color which attracts Hair Fans most -- a color not
often seen on runway models. She won Crown Awards as the Best Redhead of 2005-2007. But her most shining
Super-Hair moment came in the 2006 World Cup II. Everhart stepped in to represent the United States, and won a dramatic
final round over Australia's Elle MacPherson after two days of extra time. Those results earned her a place on the list of Super-Hair's top 20 styles of the decade.
Then Everhart repeated her success, by winning World Cup III in 2010 with this style. She began with stunning wins in national qualifying over Bonnie Bernstein and then-undefeated Victoria Warren, then rolled undefeated through five international opponents.
Everhart has enough overall fan favor that she co-starred in a 2007 reality series
called The Ex-Wives' Club. It showed her hair in more of an "everyday" environment, as opposed to posed or polished looks.
The healthiness and overall attractiveness of her style came through -- the sort of natural beauty which Hair Fans admire,
and desire to see on a regular basis.
