The natural beauty of Brooke Shields made her a movie star at age 12, and a modeling sensation during her teens. Her thick long styles made Shields a top-level attraction for Hair Fans, beginning in the late 1970s. The hair flowed naturally often, and seldom seemed to fly out of line and into her eyes.

Shields has kept long hair throughout her career, including the TV comedy Suddenly Susan. One or two scenes in that series actually allowed Shields to poke some fun
