Suzanne Somers had an entertainment career which was successful overall, but edgy on many occasions. It grew from high school inro her breakthrough role as "dumb blonde" Chrissy Snow in the TV comedy Three's Company in the late 1970s. Somers stunned Hair Fans with a chin-length bob that could be perfectly and dramatically styled, such as delicate wings.

Somers went longer with her styles often, adding waves and perm to them as well. Playing a beautician in the 1990s series Step By Step (left), she added a few inches with her part moved to one side. Somers also developed strong bangs which became customary for her in her final decades.

More than a TV star, Somers became a brand name which continued well after her death. Her web site included a line of organic hair care products. While it's unclear if she actually used them, Somers certainly displayed hairstyle skills and beauty that crossed from one millennium to another.
