Michelle Trachtenberg was recommended for this Hall shortly after her untimely death. She was on public display from childhood, thanks to numerous TV roles. But her long brunette hair reached breakthrough fame as the younger sister of Buffy the Vampire Slayer for three seasons on The WB and UPN Networks.

While other actresses may have possessed more sought-after styles, Trachtenberg's charecter kept things natural and straight. It faced its share of fights, as her co-stars did, which put the hair under dramatic pressure. Yet Trachtenberg had to put down online speculation about hair loss in the months before she died.

The series Gossip Girl allowed Hair Fans to see Trachtenberg in a more adult light. She was both blonde and brunette, and sometimes displayed waves which brought out the thickness of her locks. While her lifetime was short, Trachtenberg's achievements with maturing hair had admirers watching closely all the way to the end.
