October 2011: Long-Lasting Short Cuts, Page 2
We believe this photo was taken in the early 2000's -- with Carolyn going curly
throughout, probably due to a perm. The style is only slightly longer, scraping the shoulders. Yet the hair was carefully cut
to come close to her eyes, yet not fall in them. How fun might it have been to try to flip the curls around a bit?
But Carolyn seemed to take some chances with her hair in later years. Notice the all-around
length here, with bangs seemingly long enough to get in her eyes. Yet they stopped an eyelash away on the left side, and
stayed 99-percent in line on the right. The curling iron was put away here, but Carolyn found a way to keep the same basic
cut looking attractive and interesting.
WHAT DID CAROLYN DO TO KEEP HAIR IN LINE ON INTERNATIONAL TRIPS?
