Kerri Corrado

BORN: West Deptford Township, NJ, 4/4/90

INDUCTED: 2023, 74-percent majority

Kerri Corrado has been successful at several stops in television news, gaining fans along the way. When one of them recommended her to Super-Hair in September 2022, a new series of gains began. A TV reporter with KYW-TV in Philadelphia won two Super-Hair Wars matches with her relatively loose hairstyle. Then Corrado climbed from the #7 playoff seed to win the Crown Award as 2022 Champion Hairstyle of the Year, along with three other nominations.

Corrado's career has taken her from Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Providence, Rhode Island, then on to Boston. She kept the same basic style throughout those years, and also in her home area of Philadelphia. This photo from the end of 2014 shows a medium-long sidepart that could take added curl and be put behind her ears in stressful situations.

After this moment in Providence, Corrado worked alongside fellow Hall of Fame member Victoria Warren in Boston - and that ironically led to the showdown that secured Corrado's place in this hall. Corrado defeated Warren in Challenge of Champions XXII in January 2023. That ended Warren's record 14-year winning streak, which included triumphs over women with dozens of Crown wins. Corrado's conquest shows consistent hair strength and attractiveness can have impressive results.
