The Hair Fans' Hall of Fame
We began the Hair Fans' Hall of Fame in 2002 to let visitors honor what they consider the greatest styles of modern times. The hall opens for nominations once a year - and it's time to hear from you about candidates for 2009!
Simply send the woman (or women) you want to nominate via e-mail to SuperHair@Gmail.com - and include a picture of the style you have in mind, if you have one. Please specify you're sending a "Hall of Fame" nomination. We'll trim the nominations down to a maximum of five finalists, then allow Hair Fans to vote on whether or not those finalists should be inducted in the hall.
NOMINATION RULES: Candidates may be living or deceased. Women nominated before can be submitted again - but women already in the Hall of Fame may not be offered a second time.

NOW - THURSDAY, 9 JULY: Open nominations
SUNDAY, 12 JULY: Finalists announced during a live chat at 8:00 p.m. U.S. EDT (0000 UTC)
13 JULY - 1 AUGUST: Voting on finalists
1-2 AUGUST: Induction Weekend
